I lived in Europe when I was 17 yrs, and I was impressed by the way in the Asterix and Obelix against Cesar movie, Asterix and Obelix are so obcessed by the heroin bras!! Even in a kiddie way, in a movie for children!
Sometimes the place we grow up tell us what is beautifull or not. In Brazil, the butts are usually remembered as the mos important part in women sexually beauty, so the kids and preteens start looking for the asses. The women also love beautifull men asses!!!!

 Well personally, I'm a male who would not say that I've ever been "obsessed" with female breasts, but they are generally a soft, warm and fun part of all that is a woman. And nipples that become erect and firm are especially delightful.
But to answer your question, I think that the fascination with breasts is due to the fact that they are usually hidden all the time (in public). In parts of Africa and tropical locales where women typically are topless (think National Geographic), breasts apparently are less regarded as sexual. Hiding them makes them more mysterious.

Apart from a fine pair of legs below a skirt, or a tight pair of jeans hugging a shapely rear end below a narrow waist, breasts are the first thing a guy notices about a woman. When she's walking towards him he looks at her breasts, when she's walking away from him he turns to look at her backside and her legs. Well, I do anyway - if it's obvious they're worth a second look.
It's a natural instinct. Guys wonder what her breasts look like when she's naked. Do they stay the same shape? Do the nipples point up, down or are they cross-eyed, are they like blind cobblers' thumbs or tiny little things. When she's without a bra in just a T shirt, does it look like she's smuggling peanuts or walnuts? Does she have braille bumps on the areolae?
In short, they are a fascinating part of a woman's anatomy to be drooled over, sucked, closely inspected and played with.
God made many toys for boys - and he put most of them on a woman's body.

 As a Victoria's Secret employee (I wear a pin that says "bra specialist", so I guess that means you can really trust me), I say get yourself a good bra!! It may be uncomfortable because you're wearing the wrong size, or in a material that is irritating you. A bra will help your breasts continue to be spectacular, perky and happy.

I don't want to get too graphic, but I assume that, at your age, and, as per your description, you are something. That adds to the attraction your boyfriends feel (and I'm sure that they are not the only ones who feel that).

Your nipples become erect as a reaction to the touch. That means you like it. It is normal.
I suggest you wear a bra. You don't notice that yet, because you're young, but gravity is a powerful force and, over time, things, even things in your body, tend to go down, not up. A bra gives you support and helps your body fight that force. I'm not an expert in bras (I'm a man, mind you) but I think there should be a way for you to wear a bra that feels comfortable.

 Ok, firt about the bras - if you have anything over cup A, which I believe you do, wear a bra! Otherwise before you know it you will have saggy breasts, and I mean before you are twenty. The boob skin as I call it is very very gentle, you have to give it maximum support even if you are only size B. The skin stretches easily and there is no way going back, well only surgery I guess. Also wear a bra for any sporting activity, this is a must!
Now about your nipples - well its good that they become errect so quickly, shows they are sensitive and have a good bloodflow.
Guys naturally find them sexy first - because its one of the first signs that you are a woman, which to any straight guy would appeal. Some guys love big breasts, some love small its a matter of personal taste, guys can like breasts, legs, bums you name it.
