But, I´ve notice that when other guys from work tease me out and play jokes on me he keeps quite and only smile but no like wanting to be part of the joke.Like today, a guy was telling how hot he founds me and started to tease and yada yada. I didn´t play the joke, but was more like yeah right, get out! I noticed he just stayed quite and didn´t said a word while the others were laughing and joking. Another thing when someone says I look nice he just stay quite and smile. Why would you think he acts like that?

Is it not obvious? He wants to be more than your friend. He`s a little shy is all and in his eyes you might be the woman of his dreams. He doesn`t know how to handle the other teasing you so he smiles and acts like he`s cool with it but there is a fire that is burning inside and he is not comfortable with it.If you like this guy you should casually ask him if he wants to do something after work.

Because he obviously doesnt enjoy you being hit on by other guys because he likes you. Simple as that.
