writes:I'm so mad. Why does the human race have to judge everyone and everything? Who cares if someone is gay or straight? Who cares if someone has a few extra pounds? Who cares if they're poor or rich? If their house got foreclosed? Who cares if the like justin bieber or if they listen to led zepplin? When it comes down to it, we are all just people! I get that you might not like certain people or certain things, but who are you to judge if other people do? I know this isn't the best site for this, but i am angry and confused. Everyday i see so many cocky people that are believe that they're so perfect that they can judge others. For example, have you ever heard the term "real music"? Well i was looking up meanings to some lyrics and someone wrote about a jb song i was looking up "none of his songs mean anything. Grow up and listen to some real music". Who was that girl to judge him or decide that his music wasn't "real"? Its all just music and if you don't like the music i listen to, fine. I won't attack your music even if i hate it with all my heart. So why do you have to say mine isn't good or real? It makes me so mad. So why do people judge other people? Why can't they let people be? Reply to this Question

 I agree with you, sister. People are people, everyone has their individual tastes, why can't we just leave each other be to our own happiness??? To each their own, right?!?
You can only live by demonstration to help others understand - by not being judgmental yourself and for always playing devil's advocate for others.

Very wise words from a young lady. People do make us angry at times and for good reason, but when things like that used to happen to me when i was your age, if they did not like my hair red i would do it purple. If they did not like my choice of music, i would sing and dance to it to make my point that just because you don't like it!
We all have the right to our own unique tastes, styles, music etc we are all different. Sadly people do judge mostly unfairly, we are all guilty of that in some way but to live and let live is a good idea and respect other peoples difference. Would'nt the world be boring if we were all the same?

I realised some time ago that while I thought to myself: "oh no, she judges him again", I judged her, too. And you did the same thing by saying: "I get that you might not like certain people or certain things, but who are you to judge if other people do?". Now I judge you for saying this and that vicious cirlce continues. It sucks, I admit, I don't want it to be the way it is.

I was drawn to your post. I don't blame you for asking this. I still say the same thing every day. I learned the hard way that the world is full of people who can't stand those who are "different. They're too frightened to embrace difference. They cope with that fear by resorting to mockery and abuse. There's no real explanation to it. People have always been this way. Justice is truly blind and prejudice will live on. Don't let these comments trouble you so much though. It's like you said. Who cares? Just be your own person and don't stoop to they're level.
