Well over half of teenage mothers in a recent nationwide study in America said they didn't use contraception because the guy they were having sex with didn't want/like to wear a condom. I can only imagine the number of girls that don't say no to that kind of thing is far higher too.
In my experience it's not hard to convince a girl to go further sexually than she may originally have wanted and lots feel they have to these days as a rite of passage.
