It's pretty simple. Don't grind, or come to the realization that we are all human and at a certain age, we all develop strong hormones. You seem a little young to be having sex, so the best solution is to just chill and really think about your priorities. These feelings ate absolutely natural, you just have to develop the selfcontrol to handle them.

 Simple solution to your problem is to stop grinding, or simulating sex with others... Remove the temptation before you fall and regret it later.. because the way you are going is that this temptation will get the best of you and next thing you know is that you are naked, he is naked and now you are scared that you can become pregnant.
But the whole feeling is natural because your body is saying it's ready to have sex to procreate.. the problem is that your body does not know when you are mentally or financially ready to become a mother.

Might be a good time to talk to your mom ( or another adult you trust) about "the birds & bies"

You're probably going to be feeling that way a lot more often actually, especially if guys are touching you in that way. I suggest you be careful not to let them go too far or anything, don't ever do more than you're ready to do with a guy. Talking to your mom about these feelings may help, but I know that's awkward sometimes, but still a good idea. :) Otherwise, you can message me or anyone on here for more advice, or just post a question. Don't stress about it.

 i agree with CaringGuy. never act on impusle. find a guy u trust and care about. is veeeery normal to have those feelings. i also think you shoudl talk to your mom or to someone close to you and that you trust.

You're turning into a young lady. It's perfectly natural. The important thing is that you don't act on these feelings until you have reached the legal age in your country, and that you've found a good guy who you want to be with and who won't hurt you. Also, it might be a good idea to have a conversation about it with your mum.
