 No-one knows why he is acting this way. You have to assume that perhaps something is wrong and he has a problem?? Else, if you tried calling and he cut you off then the best thing is to just NOT CONTACT him anymore!!! If he has stood you up then just to put on your best game face and forget him! His loss.
