She said 'thank you, sexy' and quickly made out with me, not too ferociously, grabbing my bum. She spent most of the night, however, all over one of our other friends, and I suspect they are beginning a fling. I'm not all that jealous but confused as to why she would kiss me?

Tough to say if she is indeed not over you cause alcohol was involved but the fact she mingled with other guys could be a sign she's moved on. My policy: Its always more fun picking up a brod in a club vs going with one.

I agree with 'youwish' on this one. You both went out with each other and you share those memories together. She had a few to drink and she probably just acted on past feelings. Don't try and look in to it to much. Maybe she was all over the other guy to try and get you jealous, who knows what she is thinking. If it is bothering you then maybe next time you see her ask her why she kissed you.

totally correct! the other two aunts are so true. Also I was just thinking that in this circumstance, if your a bit hung up still on her it might be good idea to start developing new friends - hanging out with her all the time wont allow you to move on and will just keep hurting you.

Because kissing is nice and you were kissable.
Its not a declaration of feelings. It's a kiss.

As Jamie Foxx so accurately observed: "Blame it on the alcohol". That drops inhibitions, causes people to act out on passing urges, and given your history together, an echo of sexual times past could have her giving you a grope and a mini-makeout in response to the drink you bought her.
I would just blow it off and move on.

She may have felt confused and wasn't sure if she still liked you in that way, so she might have kissed you to see if she felt anything, and then realise she hadn't and moved on.
Or it could have been that she was just drunk and kissed you thinking that you were the other boy.
Try asking her about it, she should tell you.
Hope I helped
