 It could be for any number of reasons...you don't say what happened to make him start ignoring you so I am assuming it was random.Unfortunately it could just be that he wanted sex, because some people are like that.
Just forget about him, because regardless of his reasons you deserve better than being ignored, and you obviously don't feel good about that treatment so why put up with it? Some people just aren't worth it! Next time he gets in contact with you, feel empowered and just ignore him. Go and find somebody worth your time instead :)
