A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Let's start with I am overweight!

However I've been with my boyfriend now for over a month and we have sex everyday at least once, mostly two or three times sometimes more and it's great.

However last night we had our first argument and he was solo mad with me and rather tense and kept shaking and I could tell he wanted to hit something, anyways he calmed we went to sleep and this morning we had sex. Me on top! And FYI it's me on top 90% of the time...but when he came his face dropped and he goes something's wrong please move and ran to the bathroom....he then told me his face had went numb then is chest hurt for up to a 20mins afterwards. We had sex again the whole of an hour ago...me on top and he was fine again.

What caused this? My weight? The argument? Something else? Pease help it scared me soo much I don't want it to happen again and I was soo cautious when we did it again in case it was me =(

Honeypie agony auntI will agree with everyone else, he need to see a doctor, it's sounds like a mini stroke.

Don't scare him, but try and persuade him to go asap.

A female reader, Dorothy Dix Australia +, writes (5 February 2012):

Hi there. As soon as something like that happens, call the emergency number for your country - URGENTLY. Call for an ambulance.

Numbness in the side of the face and chest pain, vomiting is potentially very serious.

He needs to have that checked out ASAP. Do not delay it any longer.

It's happened once now. And needless to say, it might not be the last time.

Pain is always nature's warning that something is wrong.

It could definitely be heart problems.

Please urge him to see his family doctor straight away.

DO NOT delay it one more day!

Left undiagnosed, it could be potentially fatal.

I agree, he needs to get checked out. It could be his heart or something else serious brought on by sex maybe. I guess it could be your weight too if you're very heavy- maybe you were pressing on nerves or something, but most likely it was orgasm that brought this on.

MajorDisplayerOfInternationalPlayerBehavior agony auntHe definitely needs to see a doctor. Anytime you have chest pains, numbness, and feel like that, it is serious. I'm not a doctor, but I would highly recommend for him to see one before he strokes out on you. Also, you can have him check his blood pressure at most pharmacies for free. He should check several times over the course of a week.
