He tried a new position and that night, according to the doctors, is when we concieved. Take some home tests. Maybe some medical counseling.

She needs to see a specialist if after a year it's still not working. But I'm also wondering, does she want to get pregnant?

In reality, there’s very little to advise you about hear. You cannot tell just by yourselves whether the problem is with you, her, or if indeed there is a problem at all. You will need to seek medical advice to find out what’s going on and get the answers you want.
I wish you all the very best.

What Cindy said.
If you have been trying for a year and she's not getting pregnant then you need to see a specialist. It could be you, it could be her or it could be like a friend of mine and both of you are fine but together it does not work right.. they had SIX rounds of invitro over three years before she got pregnant.

You and your wife need to discuss this matter with your doctor.

You need to see a doctor, a fertility specialist actually, this is the only way to find out what's the problem.
The fact that your wife has regular menstrual cycles does not indicate at all that she is free of fertility issues and neither that you must be the origin of the problem.
You need to be both tested to find out what's going on.
