You are misinformed if you think everyone else is in a loving relationship and you are the only one who isn't. It probably comes down to the fact that you just haven't met the right person yet. Some people get into relationships when they are really young and others not until they are adults. It really doesn't matter either way. I never went on a date or got kissed until I was 20. It isn't really anything to get depressed about as in time I am sure it will happen.

I felt that same way at the age. I didn't get my first kiss till a few weeks before I turned 18. I felt like I was missing out, but that same guy I got my first kiss from, I am still with him. We have been together for over six years now!! I was always awkward around guys and was scared to even speak around them when I was your age. Finally, i just decided that I had to join in to be in, and found somebody who likes me for who I am. The only advice I have is to hang in there, and to put yourself out there. I know that sounds generic, but it is the truth. I wish you the best!!
