Are you going to get married? Does he know you're trying to get pregnant? I hope you're not doing this to try and trap him. Some girls tell their boyfriends they are on the pill when they're not. If this is the case, reconsider. It seems odd you trying for a baby when you're not married. I know that wasn't your question, I just know a lot of females who do that..For me, I got pregnant 3 times and they were all the only times I tried. It happened right away I have a 5 month old and I am over 3 months pregnant. The key is to have sex every 2-3 days, be on top, and make sure you orgasm at the same time as eachother this sucks up his sperm farther into your cervix because when you orgasm your muscles contract and suck the sperm upward. Also lie down for at least an hour afterward. This worked for me.

YummyMummy agony auntSometimes it can happen quickly, sometimes it can take a long time. Are you eating a healthy, balanced diet? Do you smoke? Do you drink alcohol? These can play a factor in falling pregnant. Are you taking Folic Acid?

Why not book an appointment to speak to your doctor about improving your chances of falling pregnant.

One piece of advice, don't get too stressed out over the fact you aren't pregnant and take away the fun side of making babies. That sounds a silly thing to say but a friend of mine got herself so worked up because she couldn't fall pregnant and it made things hard for her and her partner. Plus I think the more you work yourself up over not falling pregnant the less likely you will.

Good Luck!

rcn agony auntI agree with mum2be. My ex-wife and I tried and tried and tried, nothing happened for 3 years. Then she decided, maybe we'd wait a bit, that's when it happened.

Unfortunatley, itt can take months and months to get pregnant. One of the key things for you to do is relx, have sex for the fun of it, rather than to make a baby.... when you both relax, you shld find it easier. all the best
