writes:I've just been rejected, and I'm trying to move on again. I've been rejected before -- in fact, my success rate is abysmal. It used to be because I was too shy to persue girls. I'm still shy now, of course, but I at least try. I've covered all the normal basis for what might be wrong. I'm sure I'm a nice guy, since girls I can't have are always fawning over me telling me how great I am. I know I look good and have a decent enough body. I'm smart and have plenty to talk about. I'm clean and hygenic. I can make people laugh, and I'm fun on a night out. But somehow I just never get the girl.Well, I've been doing this for so long that I've now run out of girls. I know plenty, but I'm almost literally the only single person left! I think I know one girl who's also single, but she has also rejected me. I know at least 25 girls my age or younger (I'm 23) who are in comitted relationships that have lasted at least a year, and six of those girls are either married or engaged.Why am I still the only person left?

 You're trying too hard and coming across as too desperate. Women can sense this in a guy. I bet you make jokes about it all the time to your mates. Try going to different places, meet new friends, take up a new hobby or something you'd NEVER usually think of doing.

 I will say this....Girls can be also be dumb.They fall for the wrong guy or play games with a guy that can potentially be the right one. I am not saying all girls, but some girls do, and I think that has been happening to you. It has happened to me before only it's the reverse until I found a guy that cares about me. So don't feel bad. There are people that in your position that feel the same way as you do.
