My life has been on hold, well, the same, forever. It seems everybody is getting on with their lives but me, my life isn't changing. Maybe I am the one who has to make that change. And that makes me depressed. I feel like the world is moving on but me. Why do I feel this way?

I am in a similar situation to you. Im 24 and because of a string of different things i have had to put my life my education and such on hold. The best thing i ever did was move away from my home town and get some perspective on my life. Due to money i have returned to my home town and now my life is at an utter stand still again. my suggestion is to find something you want to do like college and apply in a different city make some new friends and see the world a bit. You have to make your life move no one else will do it for you. Good luck x
