I think I'm actually scared of having sex. Help?

Have you tried relaxing like when you are getting around to being intimate and preparing for sexual intercourse....
Why not focus on how much you want it and how much you love your boyfriend versus the actual process of having sex.
Just let it flow naturally.

Are you?
Do you get a feeling similar to seeing a car driving straight towards you, or something else scary? Does it make your heart pump, and beads of sweat form on your hands?
I dont think it's that you're scared, but you're probably just not emotionally ready yet. Or like ChaliceODamnation said, you know it's something that can never be returned (Virginity).
Just make sure he is the one you want your first time to be with, and tell him that you want him to be slow and gentle. (I actually had to tell my boyfriend that NO, I do not want to play rough during my first time, and he respected it)
And if you do that, then it wont be so scary :3

Its not that you are scared of sex- just that you know innately its something that can never be returned once taken.
So just ensure it is something you want 100% without a doubt before proceeding.
When we love and trust someone with our lives; there is no room for doubt.
