you should go see a doc.
when i was 13 i had that same problem and i went in to the doc and they got me a colonoscopy and it turns out i had colon polyps, so i had to be tested for colon cancer. (yes! at 13 years old! yay!)
but i doubt its that serious. could be from something minor like constipation..
uhm.. but still, see a doc.
