 First of all, is she a virgin too? If so, I would recommend missionary at first and if she doesn't feel much pain or gets over it quickly, move on to another position and if it hurts her go back to missionary. If it is her first time, it may take a few times for her not to have pain, so be patient before trying anything new and ask her first.
If she isn't a virgin, then try whatever you feel like...if she is ok with it of course. Ask her what she likes too and see if it feels good for you. Doggy style is a good one. You get to see her bending over and you can see the action from a good angle. If you have a mirror near the bed, use that too. That's always fun :)

 I reccomend trying more than one for your first time. Start off missionary and then move to something else. My first time I did that and also loved to have her on top of me because I could see how the girl moved. Try to have fun with it and not to be too serious.
