 No. It won't tear if she's never had sex either. It will be the same as the last time she had sex, though some women have a harder time getting properly lubricated and loose the first time in awhile.

 Well, "tear" might not be the right word. Even virgins vagina's don't "tear" open. I believe what will happen varies from woman to woman. Some might not notice a difference at all, while some again get very tight.

 NO! If intercourse happens and the woman is too dry because of lack of foreplay and she isn't ready, then the vagina could tear. It would be painful anyway for the female and probably the guy as well. I know a couple who had sex before the girl was wet enough and it actually tore the helmet of his penis- not badly, no stitches, but there was blood and he couldnt have sex for a while.
A woman can go years without sex, but if she gets wet enough through foreplay, and the guy doesnt just ram it in to begin with and goes gently especially if she is too tight everything will be fine.
