We're eating at the restaurant there, and I don't really have any knowledge of what kind of thing to wear to somewhere very expensive??!! Reply to this Question Share |

All the Aunt's are totally right. Go for the LBD, the Little Black Dress. Stunning on everyone, absolutely gorgeous. Pick out a great accessory (a necklace, a bracelet, earrings - not all three! Don't go crazy. One signature piece is perfect) and a clutch/purse. Some strappy heels (keep some flats someplace close), and you're good to go. Maybe go buy yourself some sexy perfume to really make the outfit amazing.
Have fun, sweetness!

I would wear a nice dress that isn't for partying but not for ballroom dancing. A nice black dress would be good and include heels and a bit of makeup and make sure your hair doesn't look over done but not like you just ran a brush through it.

take care and enjoy

You can never go wrong with a little black dress and a sleek pair of black heels.

Stunning dress, not spagetihi strap or stapless simple no more than 4 colours and not heavily patterned. Shawl or cardigan preferable cashmere or cash combo. Heels but not 6 inch prostitute stilts. Small clutch bag. And Voila!

nothing says class like a LBD. you can never go wrong with one and everyone can look good in one. you could go for a halter neck, v neck, or even strapless with a cute cardigan or shrug. they are so elegant and wearable to any 'posh' do. make sure the style you go for suits you and you feel comfortable in it. nothing is worse than sitting through a full meal in an uncomfortable dress!! check out warehouse, oasis, topshop, reiss or even zara for dresses. if you wanna go a little more expensive, karen millen is always a great place for a good dress.good luck, and enjoy your dinner!! if you want any more tips on anything else just email me!

Call the restaurant. If you don't want them to remember you then just say you are interested in eating there and ask them what the dress code is. Then dress accordingly. A dress would be a good bet to take. Then you can dress it up with heals and a necklace or down with a cardigan upon seeing the restaurant. Hope this helps x

You can never go wrong with a simple black dress, to the knee, wrap-around, surplice or V-neck. Not a spaghetti-strap or strapless, that's more for a cocktail party. Less is more. Simple jewelry. Make sure when you pick out the outfit - that YOU like it and are comfortable in it. If you aren't - you won't be able to pull it off! AND always sit down in any new dress or pants to make sure that the outfit is comfortable to sit in. Bring a shawl or little sweater, just in case the restaurant is too cold, they sometimes are.
Sounds very nice! Hope this helped and have a terrific time!

Go on the Debenhams store website and look at the evening dresses that are advertised on there. They are beautiful and also the designer dresses from Ben De Lisi or Pierce To Fionda do lovely dresses and they do not break the bank balance either.
I am going to a close friend's wedding in May and seen some lovely dresses that have taken my fancy.
Hope you have a wonderful evening and Happy Seaching.
