But rather than moping around any longer [I like him A LOT] I want to move on. I need some songs that I can listen to that will help me. Have you any reccomendations of songs that you listened to after going through a similat situation? I know it sounds like a silly question, but thanks for reading anyway. xx

The Corrs (again) - I never really loved you anyway! - It is a really confident, uplifting song!
- Plus anything on The Smiths 1st or 2nd albums! - Their songs are all about unrequited love!

"Everybody's Free (to wear sunscreen)". Look for the Quindon Tarver version - its more an inspirational speech than a song really, but you should really listen to and think about the words :) particularly those about youth and love!
I hope you start to feel better about this soon :) xx

Gloria Gaynor's " I will survive" springs to mind! Lots of people find that listening to music helps through a period of feeling down but I think the choice of music is very personal. I like to listen to something very noisy and upbeat - something that gets you up and dancing around the room rather than moping around When I feel down and /or angry I reach for the Iron Maiden or Gun's and Roses, whack the volume up and headbang! Being of a different generation to me I'm sure you've got your own ideas of what would suit you.
No listening to weepies though!
