What kind of things does he like? Is he into games at all (ps3, xbox...)? If so, why not try finding him a game he likes?
At the moment, in most supermarkets they have gift sets of shaving and aftershave stuff, they're fairly cheap so maybe thats an option (I'm going to get my boyfriend the Gilette Fusion gift set from Boots, it's £20, but that's what he always uses, so its worth it). I've also got him a little dragon statue because he loves dragons.
If you're really stuck buy a t-shirt you think he might like.
And if you're really stuck, take a friend into town with you at a weekend at just have a look around all the different stores, they'll have loads of christmas presents now!
And if you're still not sure what to get, just get him a selection of his favourite snacks.
Oh and I almost forgot... You could also get him a DVD he might like.
I'm sure you'll find just the right thing for him :)

 i would do a stocking as well! thats wat im doing for the special guy in my life this year- made harder by the fact his bday is on christmas day but ho hum :P just like socks and chocolates and aftershave, maybe some funny little things =]if u need anymore ideas than email me :)

 I'm doing a stocking for my bf and i'm gonna put in it little things like mini fragrances and aftershaves, socks, boxers, alcohol, a mini selection box (lol)and novalty stuff things like that, this is an easy idea because you can buy a few things each week so you don't have to save :)
