 "TasteofIndia" is spot on here. If you can get into it and really enjoy the experience, then he will really enjoy it too. If something feels good tell him so. If you want him to do something, tell him! If he knows you are having a good time, then he will be having a good time.

Telling him he's the best you've ever had. Telling him you've never seen such a magnificent piece of equipment or ever had a man who can use it like he does. Basically, if you flatter him to the point of being over the top about it, boost his ego to bursting point and tell him he's great in bed, he'll say you were not just good but brilliant in bed.
Never fake an orgasm though. If you do, he'll think he's great in bed when in fact he's not that great and needs to improve his technique. Another no-no is turning over in a huff after he's come when you haven't and saying something like "Is that it?". The male ego needs a lot of massaging.

 I think this question needs to a general answer, not particular ones. I don't think an answer describing a personal preference would actually work. So, I cannot agree more with Taste of India, who will receive ten stars from me because of her answer.

 A good attitude and enthusiasm! I think a lot of women are too hung up on the physical stuff - they get too worked up about the right position or doing this one thing with their mouth they read in Cosmo. That's just icing on the cake. What makes a girl really amazing in bed is a good attitude - a.k.a. a smile on her face, an open mind (but not to the point where you'd doing stuff you're not comfortable with), a willingness to laugh it off if things get awkward. Also, enthusiasm... this includes the whole NOT lying there like a dead fish. And not just freezing up, staying silent and having him question if you're a) miserable or b) dead. And, getting into things!!
That is what I think would make a woman killer in bed...
