 To put it simply use your fingers! One finger is fine and just rub your clitoris (the bit of skin that sticks out like a little lump - you will know when you find it because it feels different to all the other bits down there!). Once you find it and start to enjoy yourself, you will find yourself getting better lubricated down there and eventually you will bring yourself to orgasm. It is as simple as rubbing one finger over it (you will develop a technique that works for you in time).

masturbating can be quite an expiernece one which gets better with practice..not all people do it and some dont do it all. but most people have done it. your young so your questioning things which mean your curious..What is the big deal bout masterbating/cuming/orgasm? --- the way it makes you feel. gives you such imense pleasure some cant orgasm or some dont get such great orgasms and some can have more han one. its best to not use anything until your a little older as your body is still growing and you should just experiment with what you have your hands. once you get older their are toys you can use to aid you a little better and also hygienic to use but you are too young for those. so you can do it or dont the choice is yours you dont have to do it some do some dont. and oh yes its embaressing getting caught !!!! good luck aphex

I too think using household items and other random things to masturbate is pretty disgusting, and often unsafe and unhygenic. Using a vibrator or dildo would be a much more sensible option if you wanted to masturbate that way.
I am guessing you dont see the point in masturbating hence you are asking this question - and that is a clear sign that you have never had an orgasm! That is the great thing about masturbating - having an orgasm. There is nothing else to it!
As for getting caught, I thankfully never got caught when I was younger (nor to this day). Doing it in bed at night is a pretty safe way to not get caught by your parents, and even if they did come in your room you could hide whatever your doing under the covers!
Masturbating is all about learning about your body, and what you enjoy. It doesnt matter what other people use or like, you just have to find out what works for you. Some people like to use vibrators etc to achieve an orgasm, some just prefer to stimulate the clitoris - some people enjoy both! At your age it should just be about discovering what pleases you and what you enjoy, try not to worry about other people's actions!

I told him I have never, ever, felt the need. I can't say I haven't considered it a time or two when he was on long business trips or simply out of curiousity, but it was a passing thought. I hope some other women out there can shed light on this topic. I'm almost 40 and still have no desire to masturbate.
