I'm a little skinny, and 17, and I have this one annoying 'dint' in the middle of my body, where my ribs end which I would like to get rid of. The only thing is... I get 'full' easily, and I really don't like eating, as weird as that may sound. So my question would be:What is the easiest (and possibly fastest) way to put on weight?(What kind of foods etc)Thanks for any help possible! Try weight gainer drinks - they have between 500-1500 cals per drink depending which ones you buy. Compine this with a little weight training at a gym and you should see your physique improve quite quickly.
They are also very good nutritionally - they haven't got a lot of fat in them and the carbs are low GI (if they aren't avoid them) so you will get muscular - not just fat.
Good luck with it.

I was the skinniest thing walking the planet until I hit my thirties and started drinking milk everysingle day and having a yogurt and or ice cream too. Not less than two portions of dairy and you'll start seeing the results in a few weeks I ppromise.
Drink a glass of whole milk and a yogurt preferably those with the granola on top every single day. Make it your lifestyle. Cheeses don't count as dairy. Only big protions of ice cream, yogurt and /or whole milk daily without missing will do the trick.
Whatever you eat and even if weeks pass by and you don't see improvements never stop doing it because the fat will slowly accumulate in your body, giving you rounder hips. Beware of getting a big belly because this fat could store there also. But there's no way you won't gain weight doign this. This is the only thing that worked for me in thirty years. And no, I didn't gained weight because of my age but because of the dairy daily comsumption.
Good Luck!

Generally, foods that open up appetite in general are pasta and bread. So try to have a little serving of pasta or a piece of bread before each meal.
And stay away from appetite suppressants such as cigarettes, coffee, and alcohol. Those are definite appetite suppressants.
Anxiety is another factor that totally upsets your appetite. Do you feel anxious and stressed alot?? I too have very little appetite sometimes. For me it is sometimes cause by anxiety. Is that a problem for you? Anxiety can definitely suppress your hunger so perhaps try to find ways to reduce your stress in your life and relax so that you can feel enough at ease to have a normal appetite again. If this is a problem you may need to try antideppressants.
And if you have to, cause I know I do it sometimes, force yoruself to eat. Just like you brush your teeth everyday and you wake up and go to school or work everyday, just try to make it a habit to eat. Make like a timetable of when you are going to eat everyday. And do it even if you don't feel like it or think you are not hungry, just eat what you can, even if its just a little bit. Try to eat 4 or 5 meals a day. Force yourself to eat a powerbar, a glass of milk. Just do it and don't think about it.
And lastly, exercise is an excellent way to reduce your stress levels which in turn will open up your appetite. So maybe if you tried doing some exercise every now and then, the endorphins in your brain will balance out your stress and may make you gain your appetite back.

Best way to put on weight is to workout 3 times a week and eat plenty of protein and plenty of vitamin C.
DO NOT OVERDO IT THOUGH. Muscle actually rebuilds during the resting stage. So make sure you workout then rest a couple of days, then workout and rest a couple of days, etc.
As for specific exercises, I would go to your local gym and ask the experts. Same for diet - I'm sure they'll be able to help you out here too.
Good luck and get going :)

I thought id be happy to gain a little more weight but now all im doing is trying to lose some!! ha.
Im sure that as time goes on and you get older you will gain weight. I wouldnt worry too much!!
However if you really wanna put it on here are a few things to help you that most people try to avoid...
-When you finish your dinner or a big meal have a nap. When your body is "asleep" it cant digest the food and it will be stored as fat.
-Try not to do as much exercise!! (I have my own car..i wouldnt walk across the road now lol)
-White bread is very fattening as are chips, crisps, cakes and biscuits etc.
-Im sure mcdonalds is the place to be!!
Also you say you get full quickly, maybe you should try and eat at a faster pace so your body wont have time to realise it is "full". By that time you will of eaten more than usual.

As tissue is attached to bone via muscle in some parts of the body, this is why its extremly possible it may still be visible.
I hada similar problem wen i was younger,i went to the doctor to see if it was normal and turns out my dent was a very common body feature in most women.
So this may be the casewith you too.
If your concerned about this dent then speak to ur doctor, but take assurance that everyone is different and its these things that make us unique.

Man you are in luck cuz I have the perfect answer, something us in the athletic business like to call the 20 rep squat. The program is super easy to follow, guaruntees results, and is requires much perserverence. First of all, im gonna assume you know how to perform a "barbell squat", if you don't go to a gym or weight room, and ask a staff member to teach you. As the name implies, you do the barbell squat, for 1 set of 20 repetitions. Squats release a lot of your body's natrual growth hormone, which is responsible for protein synthesis, and building muscle. After this, you will do several other compuond exercises.http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/irontamer5.htmgo to that site and read up.

The best way is to take up weight lifting and that would increase your food intakes and get a well toned and muscled body. After the weight training, your your body's metabolic rate will increase and so will be your appetite.
The fastest way is to drink lots of water and you will put on some weight.
Eat more carbohydrates , it will turn into fats if they are unused.Drink more liquid super proteins..
