 Honey, he obviously still likes her. I agree with what hlskitten said about achieve options. He isn't worth it if he says this about another girl if he's your boyfriend. I would leave him, myself.
However, if you trust him not to act on these feelings and cheat on you, and the feelings he has for other girls doesn't bother you, I don't see why you can't keep it up.

I'd dump him. Don't think you'll ever really trust this guy and who could blame you :-( Don't torture yourself and find a trustworthy man in your life.
