I doubt you could be pregnant this early on. The chances of you being pregnant are slim due to your birth control, too. Sore breasts could be for a number of things. You also wouldn't get morning sickness this early on. It is only a couple of days. You aren't pregnant. But if you're still worried, go and see a doctor or get a test when you are able to tell if you are pregnant or not.
Wishing you the best

Sweetheart tender breasts can be for numerous reasons but most commonly due to hormonal changes and if your period is coming due then they can be very swollen and tender and sometimes quite hard to the touch.
I doubt very much that you are pregnant that quickly, never rule it out but it all depends on how you are in your cycle, if you are on the pill then you should know. How many pills had you not taken btw and had you forgotten them by chance or on purpose?
Yes I agree with Mandy7 a good friend of mine that basically worry and stress of this whole thing could be making you feel sick or you could have the old gut rots which come with period times so we all feel sick around that time.
If you are that worried then wait until your period should fall due and then if it doesn't come get yourself a pregnancy test which are pretty accurate these days I used to have Clear Blue but I think there is a digital version these days or just go to your doctor and take a urine sample with you for them to test. You can get a bottle from your surgery but don't panic this early on OK.
Relax and let your body tell you but it does take a little time OK.

It is unlikly that if you are pregnant there would be any signs this early - it can take around 4/5 days to 'get pregnant' if you are worried....you may still have time to go to your doctor to get the morning after pill - this can be taken 72 hours after un protected sex.
Breast pain and sickness are a symptom of being pregnant, but pregnancy symptoms are to do with hormones as is when you are due on...so it could be related to that.
Importantly...don't worry...go and see your doctor if things continue.

HiNot a chance you would be pregnant yet. Let alone show signs/symptoms of it. Ive had times when breasts are horrendously tender. Never had that til i was 36! Even had me wondering, but i wasn't. This is normally a hormone thing going on.C xxxxx
