She said she's not fat to me! and always acts depressed around her friends. She takes everything so seriously! What I am trying to ask is, what could posssibly be wrong with her!? She is happy at home, if she wasn't she would tell me!

Jealousy? Thats all I can really put it too.
She probably only says your fat, to make herself feel better. If she is bigger than you then its just a protection she has made for herself by saying you are fat instead of her. I doubt she has a eating disorder, but she may have been influenced by TV and skinny models.
But I do believe its down to jealousy. Talk to her and tell her she just has to deal with it and stop saying nasty things to you. Or suggest you both go to the gym or workout at home together.

it may be an attention thing, she may have seen all of the information on tv and other places about anorexia and other eating disorders, and knows it is a cry for attention, so mimics that behaviour for attention herself. She will probably grow out of it, dont worry too much, it will pobably soon pass.
