It might surprise you he wanted something very different from what you think or others think as "good". If you want to make the tease a surprise, ask him to bring you shopping. Allow him to choose clothes for you (and perhaps make him pay for it). This will reveal what's in his mind. Then over a cup of coffee, check his favorite songs and fantasies. I did one for my bf, wearing thigh-hi patent leather boots (5" heels) and a patent leather outfit, and let me tell you, the results were wonderful. He (and I!) enjoyed the heck out of it.

who says don't striptease for your partner, that is the dumbest response i've ever heard! cliched or not, men like it, that's a fact.
so on that note, i think start off with more coverage, a cute skirt and top, maybe school girl style, and then matching bra and panty and sexy tall heels. i wouldn't wear the stripper style heels though, they are so tacky and it just makes the guy think of you as a stripper. you want to class it up a bit, right?!
also props are good, maybe a lollipop, a boa or something else to dance with.
and most importantly, have fun! if you don't take it too seriously, it makes it all the more better!!
