I think the first answer here captured it well. There's a feeling that she's accepting of you and your needs coupled with a sort of dominance. It also means that she's paying close attention to you. It's pretty hard to ignore what's on a guy's mind when he is doing that. Here is my attempt: The experience of an orgasm is as much physical as it is mental, right?
And the male orgasm, well, let's face it. It's messy. If a guy is approaching orgasm and he has to start worrying about "oh crap, where am i gonna aim this, oh crap i don't want to do this and make a mess, oh crap i can't cum inside of her because we don't have protection, oh crap oh crap" suddenly it detracts from the mental side of the orgasm. You can't really focus entirely on the sensation because part of your mind is resisting and trying to hold it all back.
If we have a place that we know is alright for us to cum on or into, then we can just focus on the orgasm and not worry about anything else.
So that's one element.
I think there are probably a ton of other factors that could be considered here as to why it's such a turn on for a guy to cum on a girl: probably some type of alpha-male behaviour could be at play here, like some deep-seeded animal instinct. I don't know if likening it to "marking what's yours" is accurate, but something like that.
Also, let's face it. Women have beautiful bodies. There is just something incredibly warming to the male heart to see them covered.
