writes: I've had it with this guy I do the right things in life, and all I see is the people who do wrong and not live God like get everything they want. I mean what does this guy want from me, if he doesn't like me then why would he put me on this earth and make me struggle for all these years of my life. From day 1 my life has been a living hell and as much as I have tried to keep my faith I've come to the realization that this God that we pray to turns his back on his people so I'm gonna turn my back in return.  I know that believing in something you cant see or hear, touch or smell is hard. Theres so many big questions, like why is there so much suffering in the world and why do people die? I'm gonna tell you a story. What you think of it is up to you.
a man goes into a barbers to get his hair cut. him and the hairdresser begin to talk and eventually they get onto the subject, "GOD". The barber asks the man, "Do you believe in god?" The man answers, yes i do. the barber tells the customer he doesn't believe in him, because if there was a god why would there be so much suffering in the world? He says god isn't real. The customer is a strong believer and gets angry. He leaves the shop straight after his hair is done because he doesn't want to get into a fight. When he leaves the shop he sees a man with long long hair and a long beard. He walks back into the barbers and says to the hairdresser, "You're not real." the barber replies "Of course i'm real i'm standing right here. " The customer says to him, "If you are real why is there so many people with long long hair in the world?" He relplied, "I am just the barber. Whether people come to me or not it's thier decision." The customer replied back, "Well it's the same with God."
Personally, i am not sure whether i believe in god or not. There is no evidence he is here, and i have questions too. but people say they have felt his presence, so what to believe? It is completely up to you. some would argue that god only helps you if you come to him. you say that you've tried keeping to your faith. well forget the bible and books. forget the stories. what do YOU believe? try and take your time, theres no rush. someone once told me that if you believe it, it's real. so i'm gonna say the same to you. If you believe in him, he's there.

 While you're at it, maybe you should also watch the movie Signs starring Mel Gibson. Might help you to keep faith. But really though, rather than just praying, maybe you should do something to get what you want, something more productive
