It means it will be more difficult, but not impossible. I actually met a man who didn't use contraception because his sperm count was low, and guess what? One of the willful boys did become a boy.

One way to fix this to have him wear baggy pants with boxers ( this keeps the testicles lower away form his body heat) or try cooling off his testicles an hour before sex to cool off the testies more.

It does not mean u CANT have children. Often children hit you when you've stopped trying. Sometimes it means considering your other options? Or trying LESS hard. you can't try MORE hard for a baby further than having unprotected sex. Stop trying so hard. Consider fostering? Adoption? IVF? Talk to a doctor for further details but i've known a lot of people who have had babies when one or another is 'les than able' to have them. Just take a deep breath, have fun, love each other and don't stress. Giving love to achild is a blessing, regardless of how the child comes to be, but make sure you're open and talk to one another and go to your doctor with any questions on how to better your chances. :) x
