What does a leather bracelet/fabric bracelet mean these days anyways.... anything?

so, im gonna see this chick, and noticed she is wearing a leather ''friendship'' bracelet ... i am a bit older than she is, (its a surfer style thing, and im a surfer, but just not for years and years) -- so the only place i can ask this, without getting laughed at, is here

id like to get one but dont want to send the wrong signal (that im ''unavailable'' -- for a guy which arm can these things be worn on?

Vickett0410 agony aunttbh, it's just jewelry really. Meaningful or not. Unless its an engagement/marriage ring. it honestly doesn't matter which hand you wear it on.

i don't think it really matters which hand you wear it on, as long as it's not tacky, it's fine. If you like it, wear it, it expresses your individuality.

Personally I can't stand accessories/jewellry on guys unless they have deep kind of meaning. I went out with a guy with lots of jewellry years ago, he even had a jewellry box, it makes me cringe even thinking obout it now.

Maybe I'm out of the fashion loop (though I do read my Cosmo and Glamour monthly), but I'm pretty sure the arm you wear it on doesn't signify if you're available or not. At least not here in the US! Just rock it on whichever one you deem looks better in the mirror.

Vickett0410 agony auntYou can wear it on ether arm. I wear one on my right though, my friend got it for me one time when she went away and i've kinda worn it since,may sound gross! but it's like a friendship thing which actually is really cute looking too.

You can get them in most surfy style shops or even in places like argos or small souvenier shops do alot of them too :) hope i helped (:
