I have not gone to any parties, and I am 15 years old. I am now honestly a bit scared to go. If anyone has any idea what this guy means, that would be fantastic...Confused. And freaked out. Where I live, if people pass out/fall asleep with their shoes on, it gives other people at the party licence to do whatever they want to them.. obviously not like rape, just humiliating things like drawing on their face etc. One time a friend passed on to me was at a field party and they floated someone who was passed out with their shoes on down the river a few miles..
I dunno if the same thing exists where you are, but if it does, be very careful to take your shoes off before you fall asleep.

You need shoes when you're doing the walk of shame ;)

Oh yeah, that means shoes stay on, pants stay on. Meaning, don't get drunk, black out, and get wild with someone!
It could also mean that they could be doing things at the party for which the cops could come in and bust up, meaning you'll need to run fast.

I'd take that to mean that you need to be ready to get out of there, fast. Which is a warning that they thing stuff could go sideways. Be forewarned.
