I understand you don't want to see the doctor, but in the end you will have to.
Even if your don't want to tell your parents, just visit your doctor yourself for advice.
Its good to be independant.
Was I right? Are they on the head of your penis?
I need more information if you want me to try and help you.
Message me if you want.

Are they on the head of your penis, or on the skin?
If they are on the skin of your penis, you should go to the doctor and have them checked.
BUT, if they are on the head of your penis, it is entirely normal!
At the base of the head of the penis, there are small (usually skin coloured or white bumps) which are actually part of the head.
They are for massaging the insiide of the vagina and foreskin (if you are not circumcised).
They are typically underneath the ridge of the head. Don't try to remove them, they are entirely natural and beneficial!
