I can speak from experience that there is nothing more romanitic to your partner than having a long hot bath (together) and then getting into some gorgeous lingerie. It doesn't have to cost a lot. Just some super sexy knickers under a shirt, fur coat(fake obviously), or dressing robe. Have a look at www.flirtyordirty.co.uk they have some amazing, unusual and sexy knickers at great value.  Get your sexist figure hugging dress out of the closet and put it on over some lingerie. If you have something that is revealing let him see what's underneath the dress, he will know what he's in for.
Cook a nice meal with some wine , have candles burning and some soft music.
You will be bonking each others brains out before long.
Go for it and good luck.
p.s. if you can get a hold of some strawberries dip them in chocolate and make sure he sees you why you pop them in your mouth. Guaranteed to get him worked up!

 If you can cook, make him a good meal. Nothing says loving more than a nice home made meal to fill him up. If you want to make it real sexy wear a simple short apron while wearing a matching bra and panties. Shut off all the lights, TV too, and set candles all over the house especially the bedroom (dollar store, you dont have to spend a lot for candles)
I dont think expense is even a factor here. To make a night great for him, you have to treat him right...treat him like a King or Sultan. DO something silly l like cut his steak for him, feed him grapes and strawberries from your fingers. When the meal is over go to his back and give him a nice back massage...kiss his neck while doing this...I dont have to tell you what to do next. He should know what to do next to if he has any hormones.

 dress up, nice underwear, his fave movie....then cook a mindblowing meal that consists of all his fave food, and then dessert on you...literally!!! another thing is an indoor picnic on the floor by the fire.

 Romantic candle light dinners at home with soft music in the background and ambiance is the cheapest and the best .
Men are not so much romantic freaks.

 Something I found worked for my girlfriend and me was having a cosy night in by candle light.
I popped to the shop and bought some really nice food on the way home, prepared the courses, had a shower, dressed up a bit, picked her up and took her to my place.
Candles were already lit when she arrived with a bottle of wine on the table and two glasses, TV off, made a 3 course meal and didn't tell what it was as a sort of surprise, put a film on, cuddled up on the sofa and finished the wine off.
Then went to bed if you know what I mean ;)
That should do the trick!

A few candles wouldn't go amiss either!!
