it could even be acne! but if you're not sexually active at all--meaning you're not having oral, anal, intercourse... stuff like that--then it's probably just skin irritation. I think you should go see a gynecologist!

Probably just little skin irritations. You could have your doctor look at them and that will probably put your mind at ease more than anything we can tell you. Good luck.

If you shave, then it could be to do with that. If your unsure about anything, go and see a doctor, you can ask to see a female doctor, and they have seen it all before, so no need to be nervous (obviously if you havent dont it before, then you will be, but you shouldnt worry about it)

if they don't hurt or anything theyre probably just sensitivty bumps. i have them on my stuff, i made a few posts about this before and apparently theyre pretty common.
