If you have had 2 positive tests and haven't had a period since sept 13th then congratulations are almost definitely in order! The tests are pretty accurate
We can't tell how far along you are because it is possible to have a bleed similar to a period at the time the egg implants.
Make a doctors appointment soon

Im not sure what the chances but i am currently 13 weeks and some odd days pregnant and the way i found out was I skipped my period in september but when I went to the dr first time, they thought i was 6 weeks but turned out, when i went back a week later, they did an ultrasound and i was actually 11 weeks! so apparently i had a period when i was pregnant. None of us can tell you how far you are, but you really need to schedule a dr appt as soon as you can! Good luck and congratulations!
