A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Ok so I have an implant but I had sex 2 times of times with my boyfriend rougly a couple of weeks ago.. (we usually do it with a condom just to be safe but we didnt have any at that time) so I thought it would be ok since I'm on the implant but I think I might be pregnant.. my period was so supposed to be on the 1st of July but no sign yet..

Ive not been stressed about it, I havent really thought about it so i dont think this could have affected my periods..

What are the chances I could be pregnant?

Please help.

An implant like an IUD? Those things can make you not have a period altogether. Of course you could be pregnant, there's ALWAYS a chance. But if you have an IUD, I doubt it. Always take a test to be sure.

Rachel O agony auntthere could be a chance of you being pregnant.

go with your boyfriend to the clinic to get checked or if your shy about going there, you can always buy and pregnace test from the pharmacy, or boots sell them,

betty_black agony auntWell with any contraceptive there's always a risk, they haven't yet found a contraceptive that is 100% effective. I'd advice you to get a test, that's the only way you'll know for certain. It could just be a period irregularity, they're pretty common, even if you've always been regular. To have the most accurate result see your GP for a blood test. Good luck.
