LethalInjection-x agony auntThe people telling you to completely shave it are biased.

There's lots of people who'd prefer you if you didn't shave at all, some who like a little bit, and some that don't like any hair at all.

You should do what YOU feel comfortable with doing, as after shaving, you have to sit&itch, not your boyfriend.

I personally suggest you trim it neatly, shave your bikini line if you need to (the parts that would be visible in underwear or a swimsuit) so it looks neat&well kept.

If your boyfriend actually values you as a person and not as a sex toy then he won't mind :]

Hope that helps :]

You can shave if you want, that's what most people do nowadays when they're always having sex. But be sure to shave the way that the hair grows to avoid irritation and itching. Or maybe you just want a trim. It's entirely up to you. Boys don't normally have a certain 'style' that they like but guys normally like it better when you're shaved. Don't be pressured. xx

penta agony auntDon't give it away this early! You have so many years of sex ahead of you. Don't let him pressure you! As for shaving, it itches when it grows back. Ick. Clip it short if you want, but don't shave.

girlwhoneedshelp agony aunti suggest you leave a strip of hair. not a big one but just enough to suggest that you are not a little girl. if you just keep it nice and tidy, so to speak, then your guy won't mind.

A female reader, anonymous, writes (6 August 2007):

i think no hair is best, my tip is if you shave it, dont use shaving foam as it can burn, just soap up with shower gel, shave with and then against the hair, then when you get out shower cover with baby oil and you will not have a rash and it will be smooth and moisterized, hope that helps.
