writes: I am having really bad pains in my back and in my stomach it feels like I kinda have real bad gas in my back it even hurts when I breathe in too hard. Now I been having symphtoms of a bladder infection so I thought this was what I had. I have been doing the things I need to to get rid of it but it's not seeming to go away, I want to know does all of this tie in together? Do I have like a bad infection or something I know I need to go to the doctor but I don't want my mama to take me, I know it's kinda stupid but anyways another thing it hurts when I go to the bathroom and today I seen something drop from me, I don't know what to call can someone plz help plz I would greatly appreciate it??? Sweetie, you could have a very nasty infection that will wind you up in the hospital. Stop being immature and stupid and CALL THE DAMN DOCTOR!
Sorry for shouting but you are taking absolutely insane chances with your health and this could be something major that will cost you dearly in terms of health and your welfare. You do NOT want to have a kidney infection so bad that you wind up needing a transplant. Trust me on this one.
CALL THE DAMN DOCTOR! NOW!

Go to the doctor straight away (or as soon as possible) It does sound like your bladder infection has travelled to your kidneys and that can be dangerous if ignored. It's not something you can treat at home so go to the doctor. It normally just takes a urine sample and some antibiotics if you get treatment early. Leave it too long you could be looking at something very nasty which could cause long term damage. Tell your mother now
