writes:I need help I'm moving away from fl and I love my gf she is 18 and I'm 17 we have been dating for about 6 months we had sex a lot and we both love each other. This is both of ours very first relationships that we have ever been in. I have to move to Alabama over 1000 miles away we both agreed that we would visit each other every month or so and talk each day on the phone and through our web cams and send letters and gifts in the mail. This would only be until I go off to my gfs college then we would go to college together. We've talked about getting married and getting engaged when I'm 18 which wont me for a whole year. I love her a lot and don't want to lose her every time I bring up the moving this shes gets upset ad has cried before she has attempted suicide in the past and says she can't live without me. I think of her all the time and I will go crazy when I move. Were used to seeing each other every day but it will be only once a month. So what do you guys think will this work out, I sure hope it does???

 i think it will yeah my b/f works away and i dont get to see him for 4 months maybe 6 at a time but it just makes you appriciate them more and its more special when you finnaly see them. if you love and care for each other stick with it trust me it works.

This can work for a year. Keep in touch by a letter each day. When you travel why not each drive half way, 500 miles each. Much easier for each to handle. that with internet and phone should keep the love alive for a year.

this is going to be tough and a complete strain on your relationship but its not impossible. as long as you keep in touch via internet and phone calls and text, and you have to have the absolute most trust in one another but as long as you do, the time will fly by and you will be happy together.
i wish you all the best in the world and it won't be easy but it'll be okay
