Why not write a short, simple, sincere and original letter expressing what she means to you. And sweeten it with a nice Channel-like perfume.

You're a very thoughtful man, i must say! Hmmmm, i'd suggest you take her for a romantic meal and perhaps for an extra gift buy her a lovely piece of jewellery... it may not seem much, but to her i'm sure it'll mean so much!
And a card would be lovely! Gud luck x

But firt I would add women are quite different in some ways as to what they would find romantic. Some like the jewels, fancy dinners and extravagent notions, so you need to think about what she is into.
My occasions, on a birthday, after we left the function I had for it, my husband took me back to his place (before we got married) his room was lit with candles, one single rose for me and it was a total surprise, I melted. Second was when he picked me up in the car, didn't tell me where we were going, arrived at a quiet beach, sunset was about to happen, he had made a picnic and had the blanket, candles and wine all ready. I melted.
My point is part of it is about the surprise and effort. Part of it is what pushes her buttons with joy. Flashy things don't really do it for me, simple thoughtful things are what matters to me. Frequently it is the effort and thought that make it special.
Let us know what you do! Happy anniversary!
