Well, I guess if you were moving your tongue around a lot you could stretch the tendons at the base of your tongue. This is fine and will go away in a couple of days. Just maybe try to go easy on the tongue acrobatics next time.

No. If something hurts you, it's not ok(unless you don't mind pain). Next time, if a guy gets carried away, tell him it hurts and ask him to be more gentle. If he doesn't care or doesn't listen, he's not a good guy, and not worth kissing, or anything else for that matter. He probably is just young, inexperienced as well, and thinks kissing has to be uber passionate. It doesn't always and certainly not if it leaves you black and blue and in pain.

Maybe he suffers from cold sores and has passed the disease on to you? Give it time, don't worry.
Maybe your tongue is just sore because it's been busy? Again, give it time and see how it goes.
