 The precum doesn't have sperm in it unless he's cum since the last time he urinated. However, if the semen came into contact with your vagina (like on the thong) there's a chance, especially as you're somewhat into your cycle. I'd take the morning after pill or Plan B to be safe.

 You can still be pregnant. Pulling out isn't contraception. If you don't want to get preg u need use condoms, or birth control, spermicide... something to prevent pregnancy. Besides if you do have sex with multiple partners, you really should use condoms to prevent STD's. Try to see if you can get the plan B pill asap. Be safe, goodluck and happy new year!!!
