Not that I know of. Urine is usually sterile unless someone has a urinary tract infection (UTI) UTI's in young healthy people are usually quite noticeable (it hurts and you feel ill).
Somewhere on a website called Patches Place there is an archived article about this.

Why would it appeal to you to have his urine leaking out of your orifices?

A

Nature does this for reasons of hygiene, so must consider it not a good idea!

The best way to do this safely is to make sure that he has drunk a lot of water. This helps to purify the urine thus making it less toxic.
Understand that this comes with no guarantees. Make sure you take precautions so not to expose yourself to any unnecessary risk i.e infections.

Do you mean in your mouth or vagina? If he is very healthy and not exposed to toxic substances, then probably no harm. While this is a fetish beyond me, just consider that urine is one of the body's way of eliminating waste, which can also mean undesirable and potentially harmful antigens.
