Yes he does like you. Here is my advice though so you don't get heart broken over him though. Girls and guys your age tend to play games and at your age girls are more mature emotionally then boys. My best advice is to try to play your cool a little bit. don't play games just don't come on full force otherwise he may get scared. if you play your cool a little that will give him a chance to make up his mind. He may still be asking himself if he likes you or not and if you come on like you really like him too soon he may get spooked. Good luck and I am so jelouse of you haveing that feelings with someone.  Seems pretty affectionate to me! See how he acts next time you're together... but tread carefully, being with friends brothers (no less, a twin!) can get messy, so if you might be interested in dating him, I'd talk to your friend about how she might feel about it.
