I stopped eating 10 years ago, have been in rehab, haven't worked for years and struggle every single day to get out of bed and look after my son. I am now pregnant again, and chances are my baby won't survive because once upon a time i felt the same way as you.
Have fun and enjoy life. If people judge you for your size then ditch them. you obviously already have a problem, and don't need any negative comments in your life. Ignore all the advice, just be a normal kid and have fun!

Well to begin with 9 stone is NOT a bad weight to be at at fourteen years of age infact thats just about right. I'm not gonna sit here and tell you that I don't wanna lose weight, I do but I would not advise someone of 9 stone at the age of fourteen to STOP eating. I would advice that you did not stop eating, just make your portions smaller, drink throughtout the day and do not eat sweets or cakes. If you get tempted by something sugary then eat a small part of it every so often because if you stop treats straight away and don't have something small at some point as a treat then you WILL binge at some point. Not eating? Well let me tell you that that is very difficult to do as if your someone who is tempted by food you will end up binging on something and you will make yourself un-well, you will be very tired alot of the time and eventually you will become very weak. I'm not going to dictate to you what you do but the best way to lose weight is to eat well and exercise, because lets face it no one every got anywhere in anything by sitting on their arse all day! Your body will store fat if you stop eating and don't exercise and if you eat and don't exercise your body will cause you to put on weight because your body will store fat due to sugars that you didn't need but ate and then didn't burn off. The exercise dosen't need to be serious just go for a brisk walk for half an hour every day or go for a jog if you can manage it. If you don't eat what will happen to your boobs? They will eventually get flat! If you want to make sure your boobs stay a decent shape and size then weight lift, not heavy lifts just reasonable ones and that will insure a good shape. If you stop eating completely your boobs will disapear no matter what you do because your body will eat up on any source of fat or muscle you have left. Don't try the cowards why (not eating) try the brave way and work for a good toned healthy body (exercise and eat well). Good luck. Eddiie. x

Now, you'll look so bad that I don't think it's worthy to do it that way. Just eat less, and more healthy, excersise as well,don't go crazy though, but at least go for a long walk eveyday, because if you lose weight, you'll be all fluffy, so you must tone your muscles.

After this i decreased the amount of food i ate to say 400 cals a day, and then went down to a 6, i was very frail and weak, as i was 5'6 and only weighed 8 stone..i used to be a 34C, but went down to an A. you will loose your boobs..its a matter of fact which is really irritatingxxx

When I was twelve I was a size 14 and I didn't start losing weight until I was about 15, when I went down to a size 10. At this time I'd just turned veggie but I certainly wasn't not eating. Since then my size has fluctuated a lot (smallest size 8, biggest size 12) If you really want to lose weight, eat a sensible diet - try to stay away from fatty fods, and do exercise - it does make a difference. Also don't worry too much about what you weigh - I've always been heavier than my friends even when they are the same size, it's not just fat which makes you heavy - sometimes people do have heavy bones!

Your boobs shrinking should not be the concern if you stop eating!The concern is that you will become anorexic!Do not harm your body this way, there is a simple solution that you can do that doesnt mean you have to stop eating.eat small portions 5 times a day. involve plenty of fruit and veg and drink plenty of water and fruit juice.You will feel worse off when you stop eating because the body fat you already have stored stays in your tummy and will not budge for a long time.Dont make mistakes alot of poor young people have died trying to do. reader, anonymous, writes (11 September 2007): Hi, at 14 your body is still developing don't get your heart set on losing weight now as it is probable that you won't lose weight and feel exhausted as you need more calories and essential fats during puberty. Also, if you are set on losing weight (and i wouldn't recomend it a you are at a healthy weight) don't crash diet as this is a huge mistake that many girls your age use, eat healthily and exercise regularly. Finally don't get paranoid about your image however hard it may be, i feel into this trap and became anorexic and it is not worth the hassel. I am sure you are PERFECT the way that you are. a word of advice 9 st at you age is cool when i was your age 1 was a size 20 thats fat! and i thought exactly like you, dont eat and ill get thin well i was wrong i did loose weght for about two weeks than wham i put it all back on twice as fast basically because your body goes into starvation mode and when you eat again it stores everything bevause it thinks you wont eat again, i am now 19 and am a curvy size 10 i lost my weight through diet and exercise eat three meals a day and exercise go swimming with freinds or join a dancing school even walk places is exercise dont worry too much if your worried what boys think, THEY DONT LIKE STICK INSECTS. good luck but i promise you starving yourself wont work ,

hi sweetie , i stopped eating when i was in my teens and became very ill as all these lovely ppl have stated what happens to u they are correct , once u start doing this it never goes away its always there and believe me i know im only 8 stone at the moment because of it i was 8 and 1/2 about 2 weeks ago but i am an adult and hove lived with this for many years , not that it is right in any way because it is not also your stomach will shrink because it is not having the food it and your body needs to survive you are still young and you are still growing u have the rest of your life to worry about your weight witch im sure u dont have to , believe me being thin is not the be all and end all in your life being healthy is , if u have someone to talk to go and tell them how your feeling and maybe they will help u along at this time in your life , but please dont stop eating as it will not help u but make u so much worse . good luck to u babe xxxxxx

Im 19, male and weigh 9 stone. Im skinny, but its not everythin to me. I like my toned muscles (Im sayin this cause it kinda relates to ur situation- your "fat" but want ur boobs, im skinny but want my muscles.
Honestly though, don't get to obsessed about it, theres no pint. If someone likes you, they will like everything about you ;)

Whatever you do, do not stop eating entirely, it doesnt work in the long run to be honest. As previous answerers have said, your body eats itself because of you not eating, it does this to keep you alive, your boobs do shrink, and if you kept this up for a while, you might actually end up killing yourself. It makes you very ill, and you cannot eat properly afterwards, and takes a long time to get back to the way you used to be. 9 stone isnt fat for the age of 14, just maybe a little curvy. All you really have to do is limit your chocolate and crisps supply, by a limited amount a week, eat more fruit and veg and do more exercise. That way whatever you eat will be burnt off, and hence then you lose weight.

Number one, when you stop eating you body senses that it's going to starve and it will hang onto each and every little fat cell you have. Your metabolic system will slow down and you will have an even greater time losing weight...plus you'll feel like shit. Number two, yes your boobs may drop a cup size or so because breasts are mostly fat and when your overall body fat drops, so do your boobs. But it's a small price to pay to look good otherwise. And afterall, that's what they made push-up bras for! Find a sensible program like Nutrisystems and stick to it until you get to your desired weight. It beats the heck out of starving yourself!

Do not stop eating. This will not make you thinner and will just make you become unhealthy. If you want to loose weight. Eat healthier things in moderation. Allow yourself a bar of chocolate a week or something. Don't eat inbetween meals. That is all you should do. By the way, yes if you stop eating your boobs will shrink.

9 stone is not bad for your age. It depends on your height and your bone structure on how much you should weigh.
I would visit your doctor and have a chat with them about how much you should weigh for your age/height etc and see what they say as you might find you are actually the weight you should be.
I do not recommend giving up eating entirely. I did that in my teens and still struggle with weight issues now in my 20s. It's not noticeable how skinny I am right now because I'm pregnant, but I get funny looks from people because being pregnant I should be eating loads and I cant because of what I did to my body in my teens.
There are ways of eating healthy so as to loose weight or not to gain weight, rather then you not eating at all. Chat things through with your doctor and see what they say.
The first place I lost weight when I started to starve myself was my boobs. Your body eats itself to survive and any fatty tissue goes first ie boobs, then its starts to eat away at muscles. Sorry if that sounds scary but its the truth.
I dropped down from 9 and a half stone to 6 stone in mere months and made myself VERY ill. I don't reccomend you do it! It can kill you and you'll spend years and years after trying to put the weight back on that you lost!

Referring to an earlier comment - actually, I know a couple of very large vegetarians. Crisps, chocolate cake, fizzy drinks and biscuits are all vegetarian foods. However - the thing is to take exercise that you enjoy ( because you will stick to it), and eat sensibly. If you stop eating or diet drastically, you will end up fatter in the end. Everyone does. You will also make yourself ill, and ill people are not attractive. You took time to put on the extra pounds, so it takes time to take them off again. Annoying, but the only way.

Basically your metabolism will drop to zero.I'm no nutritional expert, but the best advice that I can give you is to cut down on the meats and eat mostly vegetables (Have you ever seen a large vegetarian, I haven't). You can still fill yourself up by eating vegetables, so your metabolism won't shut down (I think). Also, watch what you drink. If you drink water, it has no calories, and will also help flush toxins out of your body.Most importantly, get outside and start doing some physical activity. Start out with walking, or if there is a sport you enjoy, do it. If you're out of shape, you aren't going to be able to run a marathon to begin with, but you will work your way up to that point if you keep at it. A good tip for not giving up on the physical activity is to put your walking shoes (or whatever you're using) someplace where you'll see them right when you get home. Then they will act as a reminder for you to get out there and do it. Remember that health is the greatest gift you can give yorself, and you know that you're worth it.

Trust me when I sat just cut down on the crap food, go for a long walk or just do some gentle exercise and you will lose it, i lost 2 stone a year or so ago, within a month of exercising and dieting my boobs went down, but plz dont do nethnig drastic, because you'll only put it all back on and it'll be harder the next time.

One you binge eat or you eat a little every long while. The problem is that at first it seems like you are loosing weight, but everytime you eat your body doesn't know when the next time it will eat is so it Stores it all as...Fat. Your body will burn muscle and keep the fat around. It would really be better to cut your intake down. 500 calories a day is a pound. Cut 500 out in food or 500 in exercise, you can even do a mix of both. Also, you shouldn't lose too much at once, like I did and now I have stretch marks that still haven't gone away five years later. If I had lost weight like everyone says I could now be a healthy weight and be comfortable in a two piece instead of a one piece swimsuit that shows off my beautiful stretch marks.

You can just eat lean meats like white meat and veggies & fruits & whole grains. Cut sugary stuff out & high fat stuff. Drink skim milk instead of whole. Eat a salad instead of a cheeseburger & fries. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Your boobs will get smaller if you lose weight. Boobs are mostly fat, and yo're trying to lose fat so naturally they will shrink some. You're so young, I am sure if you just take these easy steps to eating better and getting a little more exercize, you will lose weight fast. Your meatbolism at your age is really good. Wait until you get older & especially after kids, you'll be wishing you were 9 stone.

You need to stop and think about this and i don't mean whether your boobs will shrink or not, which by the way they will.
9 stone is not fat at all, you should not look at so many mags, because they lead you to believe you have to look like a stick insect, which is not right.
I was seven stone at your age (not through trying) but it looked horrible, and when i got to 9 stone that was when i looked at my best and many people told me that.
You are fine as you are, so just be happy that you are healthy because if you start trying to lose weight by not eating you won't stay healthy and it can kill you.
Look into the story of Karen Carpenter and you will see what it done to her, (she is now dead).
