I have been using it since October and It doesn't work. I do everything I can to prevent pimples but they won't go away. I wanted to go on acutane but my parents said no cause it's not good for you. I just want to know if there is something that works really good to get rid of my pimles. I'm really getting tired of wearing lots of make up to covet them. What should I do? Please help.

Unfortunately, because you're a teen, this isn't going to go away. It's just part of the package. Your parents are right though - don't go on a drug for this! Zits are part of hormones and growing and taking meds for the sake of beauty isn't worth it. Drugs can have nasty side effects. Here's what ALWAYS worked for me - a very hot washcloth. I had horrible acne on my face at one point when I was 15 and I tried Proactive and about every facial cleanser/toner/moisturizer etc etc on the market. I was crying in the bathroom one day when my stepdad (OF ALL PEOPLE!) came up and told me to get the sink water running very hot, then get a washcloth soaked in it, and let it steam on the zit-infected area as long as I could stand it (don't go crazy and get boiling water and burn yourself or anything, ok?). He said do this three times on the area for three times a day and only use Ivory soap to wash my face. My face became clear in about two days and I have never had a problem with acne since. I also do NOT use foundation. I use a little concealer under my eyes, but otherwise I've always avoided foundation. People often tell me I have beautiful skin and I really attribute it to the simplicity of basic soap, a great diet, and tons of water. :)

Soap is a bad idea, it dries your skin out as it is not designed for the delicate skin on your face. I know it might seem like a good idea because spots are caused by excess oil on your face, but drying your skin out is a bad idea regardless of your skin type.
Buy a specially formulated face wash that is designed for oily/spotty skin. Follow that with something called "toner" (not sure if it is called that in Canada, may be something like "clarifying liquid") - toner closes the pores after washing your face (make sure you are washing with warm water) which stops any more dirt and oil getting into your pores and clogging them up, causing spots. Then you need to moisturize, using a moisturizer specially formulated for oily skin. Do that routine twice a day and that should help.
Also, drink as much water as you can. I have oily, spotty skin and I notice a huge difference when I drink a lot of water over a few days. I fill up a 1.5 litre bottle and drink one of those each day, that seems to help me.
Aside from that - I think you should go to your doctor and talk about it with them. There are a number of treatments available for spots and if it is really affecting your confidence then they will happily prescribe you something. Take your mum along so the doctor can reassure her about any side effects of the treatment. When I was a teenager I was prescribed some tablets that really helped my skin and they had no side effects at all, so were in no way bad for me! So get your doctor to discuss the pro's and con's of the different treatments and hopefully your parents will be happy.
I hope this helps and good luck!

i do understand your situation. this morning, i realised nothing works most effective like toothpaste. i had this hude painful pimple on my forehead, so i decided to use toothpaste coz it was killing me with pain. i applied toothpaste overnight and amazingly woke up in the morning, it wasnt swollen and it was almost gone.
nhow drink plently of water. eat friuts and vegies. avoid faty foods and sugary foods. wash your face with anti- bacterial soap. applyin make up smtimes worsen the situation so watch out on that.
