my mom had this problem but she talked to some special doctors and they told her after he injects cum into you to rise your hips up in the air with your hands. it allows it to run down in you if your uterus is tilted.
for about 5 mins or so.
worked for her.

only 60% have gotten pregnant after 6 months. 80% after 12 months. if it takes more than 14 months, then you need to seek help.
there's actually just 3-6 days every month that you are actually able to get pregnant. it's not more than that. so it's no wonder it's so difficult.
those 3-6 days are when you have ovulation, so if you have sex on those days it might do the trick. most women ovulate just in between their periods. for example if your period starts the 1st one month, and the next period starts the 29th, you ovulate somewhere between day 10-17. but it's all very individual. you just have to keep count and check for signs from you body or buy ovulation test. the ovulation tests work like pregnancy tests but you check for which day you ovulate instead. they can be bought online.
if you want to check for signs on your own it's easiest to just have sex when you most of all want to. ever thought that it feels extra good several days in a row? that's when you had you're ovulation. nature helps you with getting pregnant with making you extra horny when it's possible for you to get pregnant. you can google for more info, i'm sure.
good luck! and don't give up trying!

Go to a doctor and get both yourself and your boyfriend checked. That will rule out medical problems.

it's quite common to not get pregnant the first times you try, so don't worry! usually it takes 3-6 months, if you are as you as you are. around 60 % of all women get pregnant after 6 months of trying. 80 % are pregnant after 12 months of trying. so it's not that easy to just get pregnant.
it's easiest to get pregnant when you ovulate. if your period is regular, you can with some easy meassurements predict when you ovulate. usually it's in the midle of the time when you don't have your period. for example you get your period the 1st one month. somewhere between day 10-17 it's more likely that you ovulate. and the 29th you might get you next period. (this is what is most common, but your menscycle can be longer or shorter and your ovulation can be day 9 or day 15. it's individual for every woman)
or you can try and listen to you body. you will probably be hornier just before you ovulate (nature and you body wants you to get pregnant and helps you with making you want more sex). and your wetnes will feel and look more like eggwhite, strechy and clear.
if a woman and man tries (and then I mean really tries) to get pregant and aren't pregnant after 14 months, then it's considered a problem. but until then it's all normal. so don't worry!
i hope this helps! and don't give up, keep trying!
if you want any more help or advice on this, let me know.
