When I was about 13, I wanted to kiss my first girlfriend for the first time. But I was not comfortable with making my move.
-what if she pushes me back?
-what if she slaps me?
-what if she tells her parents?
-what if I'm not a good kisser and she laughs at me?
-what if ....
Finally, it was her who made the first move, in a truth or dare game. I still remember that kiss.
Your bf has to feel comfortable and confident enough to go for the kiss.
If you want him to make the first move, make him feel comfortable with you. be playful and nice. and when he kissed you, kiss him back. look at his eyes and smile.
If you don't mind making the first move, things will be a lot easier. you can simply wait for the right moment, and then whisper in his ear "kiss me" or something like that. or you can play games like truth or dare. I leave the rest to your own imagination.

Firstly! Girls can kiss guys! It doesn't always have to be guy kissing girls!!!!!!!!!!
You can go on a date with your boyfriend like to the movies or anything you know just hang around and have fun, make sure you look into his eyes or tell him how you feel and get really cheesy and maybe he will plant a kiss.
If that doesn't happen then maybe you should try and kiss him! Like pull him close or cup your hands into his face and kiss him. :P
Secondly sometimes you should wait... till the time is right, a kiss can be really special! So either wait till or you go and dive in! It doesn't mean your desperate if girls kiss guys, its just that you love him that much!
